Preface
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26017-2010 "High Purity Copper". Compared with GB/T 26017-2010, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added the two brands of HPCu-7N and HPCu-6N5 in the product classification (see 3.1);
---Modified the expression method of HPCu-1 and HPCu-2HP (see 3.1, 3.1 in.2010 edition);
---The upper limit of the content of each impurity element has been revised, and the requirement of the content of Cl element has been increased (see 3.2, 3.2 in the.2010 edition);
---Modified the appearance quality requirements of high purity copper (see 3.4, 3.4 in.2010 edition);
---Modified the product test method (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the sampling method in the inspection rules (see 5.3, 5.4 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the test result judgment rules (see 5.4, 5.5 in.2010 edition);
--- The normative appendix "Determination of Impurity Elements in High Purity Copper---Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry" was deleted (see Appendix A of the.2010 edition).
This standard was proposed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243).

High purity copper
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and orders for high-purity copper products
Single (or contract) content.
This standard applies to sputtering targets and ion plating processing products, various connecting wires in the electronics industry, bonding wires for electronic packaging, and high-quality audio
High-purity copper for frequency cables, high-purity reagents, standard samples and high-grade alloys.

3 requirements
3.1 Product Classification
High-purity copper is divided into four grades according to the copper content. HPCu-7N, HPCu-6N5, HPCu-6N, HPCu-5N.
3.2 Chemical composition
3.2.1 The chemical composition requirements of high-purity copper should meet the requirements of Table 1.
Table 1 Chemical composition of high purity copper
3.3 Product size
3.3.1 Strip shape. length×width (300±1)mm×(10±1)mm; thickness is (4±2)mm.
3.3.2 Block shape. length×width (50±1)mm×(50±1)mm; thickness is (4±2)mm.
3.3.3 The size of the product can be tailored according to the requirements of the buyer and indicated in the order form (or contract).
3.4 Appearance quality
3.4.1 The surface of high-purity copper has a metallic luster, is clean and tidy, is free of oil, adhesion, and pores.
3.4.2 The size and area of protrusions on the surface of high-purity copper shall not exceed 3mm×3mm, and the height above the surface shall not exceed 3mm.
3.4.3 The color of the same batch of products should be consistent.
3.5 Other requirements
The buyer has special requirements for the chemical composition and physical specifications of high-purity copper, which can be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the order form (or contract).
4 Test method
4.1 The determination of high-purity copper impurity elements shall be carried out according to the method specified in YS/T 922.
4.2 The size of the product and the size of surface protrusions are measured with corresponding precision measuring tools. The rest of the appearance was performed by visual inspection.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The supplier's quality supervision department is responsible for inspecting the product to ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard or purchase order (or contract), and fill in
Write a certificate of quality.
5.1.2 The purchaser can inspect the received products. If the inspection result is inconsistent with the provisions of this standard or purchase order (or contract),
The product will be submitted to the supplier within 15 days from the date of the product, and the supplier and the buyer will resolve it through consultation; if arbitration is required, the arbitration sampling will be on the buyer and the supplier and the buyer will jointly conduct it.
5.2 Batch
Each batch of products shall consist of products of the same brand produced in the same system and in the same production cycle, and the batch weight shall not exceed 1t.
5.3 Sampling and sample preparation
5.3.1 For chemical composition arbitration sampling, use shearing equipment to randomly cut no less than two samples (the specifics can be negotiated by both the supplier and the buyer, and are included in the contract.
Indicate), the sample size specifications should meet the YS/T 922 analysis requirements.
5.3.2 Put the sheared sample in a nitric acid solution with a ratio of V (nitric acid). V (deionized water) = 1.1 [The purity of nitric acid requires analytically pure
Above, according to customer requirements, sulfuric acid can also be used to replace nitric acid, and soak in the order form (or contract) for 1min~2min, and then use it
Fully wash with ionized water to remove all foreign dirt and residual acid on the surface and dry (to avoid oxidation), vacuum packaging in aluminum-plastic bags for arbitration analysis.
5.3.3 Product size and appearance quality shall be inspected one by one.
5.4 Judgment of inspection results
5.4.1 The analysis result is rounded according to GB/T 8170, and the rounding value comparison method is used for judgment.
5.4.2 When the chemical composition arbitration analysis result is inconsistent with the provisions of this standard and the purchase order (or contract), the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified.
5.4.3 If the basic size of the product does not meet the requirements of this standard and the purchase order (or contract) and cannot be cut again, it will be judged as unqualified according to the block;
Cut again to meet the size requirements, and deliver the goods.
5.4.4 When the appearance quality does not conform to the provisions of this standard or purchase order (or contract), the product shall be deemed unqualified.
