This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26017-2010 "High Purity Copper". Compared with GB/T 26017-2010, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added the two brands of HPCu-7N and HPCu-6N5 in the product classification (see 3.1);
---Modified the expression method of HPCu-1 and HPCu-2HP (see 3.1, 3.1 in.2010 edition);
---The upper limit of the content of each impurity element has been revised, and the requirement of the content of Cl element has been increased (see 3.2, 3.2 in the.2010 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and orders for high-purity copper products

3 requirements
3.1 Product Classification
High-purity copper is divided into four grades according to the copper content. HPCu-7N, HPCu-6N5, HPCu-6N, HPCu-5N.
3.2 Chemical composition
3.2.1 The chemical composition requirements of high-purity copper should meet the requirements of Table 1.

3.3 Product size
3.3.1 Strip shape. length×width (300±1)mm×(10±1)mm; thickness is (4±2)mm.
3.3.2 Block shape. length×width (50±1)mm×(50±1)mm; thickness is (4±2)mm.
3.3.3 The size of the product can be tailored according to the requirements of the buyer and indicated in the order form (or contract).
3.4 Appearance quality
3.4.1 The surface of high-purity copper has a metallic luster, is clean and tidy, is free of oil, adhesion, and pores.
3.4.2 The size and area of protrusions on the surface of high-purity copper shall not exceed 3mm×3mm, and the height above the surface shall not exceed 3mm.
3.4.3 The color of the same batch of products should be consistent.
3.5 Other requirements
The buyer has special requirements for the chemical composition and physical specifications of high-purity copper, which can be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the order form (or contract).
4 Test method
4.1 The determination of high-purity copper impurity elements shall be carried out according to the method specified in YS/T 922.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance

5.4 Judgment of inspection results

5.4.2 When the chemical composition arbitration analysis result is inconsistent with the provisions of this standard and the purchase order (or contract), the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified.
5.4.3 If the basic size of the product does not meet the requirements of this standard and the purchase order (or contract) and cannot be cut again, it will be judged as unqualified according to the block;

6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate
6.1 Logo
The outer packaging of the product should be printed with the product name, trademark, supplier's name, supplier's address, batch number, net weight, and "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" words or signs.
6.2 Packaging
The inner packaging of high-purity copper products is wrapped with cushioning materials and then vacuum-encapsulated in aluminum-plastic bags, and the outer packaging is packed in cartons or wooden boxes.

6.3 Transportation
The product should be protected from moisture during transportation, handled with care, and stacked separately from other items.
6.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gas warehouse, and must not be stored together with acids, alkalis, oils and chemicals to prevent moisture and corrosion.
6.5 Quality Certificate
Each batch of products should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which should indicate.
a) Supplier's name, address and telephone number;
b) Product name, size, brand number, batch number, batch weight and number of products;
c) Analyze the test results and the mark of the inspection department;
d) Number of this standard;
e) Date of manufacture.
7 Purchase order (or contract) content
The purchase order (or contract) for the materials listed in this standard should include the following.
