Introduction

The verification of quantity of water intake is the basis for the implementation of the water intake permit system, planned water use management and water resource demonstration. The standard for norm of water intake is an important basis for verifying the quantity of water intake, one of the main indicators for the state to assess the water resource utilization efficiency of industries and enterprises and evaluate the water conservation level of enterprises, and an important means to implement the most stringent water resource management system. GB/T 18916 will clarify the range for quantity of water intake, supply range for quantity of water intake and water intake measurement according to the water use characteristics of different industrial industries; stipulate the calculation method of norm of water intake, divide the norm index level, and make requirements for norm management. 1 Scope

This Document specifies the calculation method for norm of water intake, norm of water intake and norm management requirements for oil refining. This Document applies to the management of quantity of water intake for existing, newly built and expanded oil refining enterprises.

3 Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this Document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18820 and GB/T 21534 and the following apply. 3.1 Petroleum refining The whole process of using petroleum as raw material to process and produce fuel oil, lubricating oil and other products. 3.2 Quantity of water intake for per ton crude oil The quantity of water intake per ton crude oil during the production process of an oil refining enterprise within a certain measuring time. ......
