This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 15934-2008 "Electrical Accessory Wire Assemblies and Interconnection Wire Assemblies" and GB/T 26219-2010 "Electrical Accessory Wire Assemblies and Interconnection Wire Assemblies"
This document is based on GB/T 15934-2008 and integrates
Compared with GB/T 15934-2008, the content of GB/T 26219-2010 has the following major technical changes, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes.
as follows.
--- Changed the definition of wire assembly and added the type of wire assembly with two connectors (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the definition of interconnect wire assembly and added the type of interconnect wire assembly with two connectors (see 3.2,.2008 edition

--- Added wire assemblies for high ambient temperature, Y-type wire assemblies, interconnect wire assemblies for high ambient temperature, and Y-type interconnect wire assemblies
Terms and definitions for cordsets, non-detachable accessories, and Y-connectors (see 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.3, and 3.6);
--- Changed the requirements for components (see 5.1, 5.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Increased the rated current requirements for plug connectors (see 5.2.2);
--- Changed the classification reference standard of the equipment's protection against electric shock (see 5.2.3, 5.2.3 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the wire types of wire assemblies and interconnect wire assemblies (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Deleted the requirements for wire length (see 5.2.6 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the inspection requirements for electrical continuity and polarity (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2008 edition)
--- Changed the routine safety test of factory-wired wire assemblies and interconnected wire assemblies (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the.2008 edition);
--- Added requirements for Y-type connectors (see Appendix B).
This document is modified to adopt IEC 60799.2018 “Electrical accessory wire assemblies and interconnect wire assemblies”.
The technical differences between this document and IEC 60799.2018 and their reasons are as follows.
--- The normative reference GB/T 17465.1-2022 replaces IEC 60320-1 (see Chapter 3 and Chapter 5) to adapt to the technical requirements of my country.
Technical conditions and increase operability;
--- The normative reference GB/T 2099.1 replaces IEC 60884-1 (see Chapter 5) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase the
Operability;
--- The normative reference GB/T 17465.3 replaces IEC 60320-2-3 (see 5.1) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase the

1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for components, the requirements for the complete assembly, and the requirements for interconnecting wire assemblies used in household and similar equipment.

This document does not apply to industrial wire assemblies [with plugs and connectors that comply with the requirements of GB/T 11918 (all parts)], nor
