The electric installation and material which provided with high efficiency and low energy consumption shall be adopted when the technical economy is logical. 1.0.4 The conjugation of long term and near term is required for the design of electrical installation according to the project character, scale and development planning, and it is required to give priority to the near term, at the same time, the room for extension shall be reserved befittingly. 1.0.5 The principle of optimal land utilization must be adopted in the design of electrical installation. 1.0.6 Not only the requirements stipulated in this code, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with in the design of electrical installation.

2 General Requirements

2.0.1 The selection of disposal, conductor, electrical equipment as well as structure of electrical installation shall meet the safety requirements of normal running, setting servicing, short circuit and over-voltage under the local environmental condition, and the requirement of system planned capacity of 10- 15 years shall be met. 2.0.2 The phase sequence arrangement of each loop of electrical installation should be accordant. The line may be disposed reversely according to the surface from left to right, from far to vicinity, from top to bottom; the phase sequence arrangement is A, B, C. The indoor hard conductor and outdoor bus structure shall be provided with phase color mark, the phase color mark of A, B and C shall be yellow, green and red respectively. For the expansion project, the phase sequence shall be accordant with original electrical installations. 2.0.3 For the bus marshaling sequence of electrical installation (66- llOkV), the bus disposed next to the transformer side should be Bus I, the bus disposed closed to the line side should be Bus II; for the marshaling sequence of bus of double layers in electrical installation, the bus disposed in the under-layer should be Bus I, the bus disposed on the top layer should be Bus II. 2.0.4 The outdoor open electrical installation (11 OkV) shall not be serviced in electrified state. 2.0.5 For the open electrical installation (66- 11 OkV), the bus arrester and voltage transformer should be provided with a same suite of disconnecting switch together. 2.0.6 For the open electrical installation (66- 11 OkV), the breaker side of disconnecting switch on the both sides of breaker and the line side of disconnecting switch of line should be provided with ground switch. GIS should be provided with disconnecting break. 2.0.7 For the open electrical installation (66- 1 lOkV), the ground switch shall be provided for each section of bus. 2.0.8 For the open electrical installation (66- 11 OkV), the voltage transformer should be installed on the triple-phase of each group of main bus-bar. When the line side is required to be monitored and detected to confirm if there is any voltage, one phase on the offtrack side should be installed with voltage transformer. 2.0.9 For the electrical installation ( 66- 11 Ok V), the loop which provided with breaker shall be installed current transformer. 2.0.10 The blocking device shall be installed between the indoor, outdoor electrical installation and commensurate breaker and earthing knife switch. When the indoor electrical installation device is disposed in low-head, the blocking device which prevents false-enter of electrification break shall be set. 2.0.11 The disposal of oil charge electrical equipment in electrical installation shall meet the requirement of security convenience when the oil level and oil temperature is observed in electrified state, and the sample of oil shall be easy to take out.

4 Selections of Conductor and Electric Appliance

4.1 General Provisions 4.1.1 The maximum working voltage of adopted electric appliance must not be less than the maximum operating voltage value of system where it located in; the selection of magnitude of voltage shall meet the requirements of current nation standard "Standard Voltage" with a serial number of GB 156. 4.1.2 The long-term allowable current of adopted conductor shall not be less than the continuous working current of the loop. For the outdoor conductor, the impact of sunshine on the current capacity shall be measured. As for the electric appliance of continuous duty, the rated current shall meet the loop continuous working current requirements in different kinds of possible operating mode. 4.1.3 The checking computation of short-circuit current of conductor and dynamic stability, thermal as well as electric appliance switch current shall be calculated according to the system planning capacity of 10-15 years. At the time of confirming the short-circuit current, it is required to calculate in the normal mode of connection of possible maximum short-circuit current. It is suitable to recompute in three-phase short-circuit, when the single-phase or two-phase ground short- circuit current is large than three-phase short-circuit current, it is required to recompute according to the severe condition. 4.1.4 For the computing time of re-computating short-circuit current heating effect of conductor, it is suitable to adopt actuation time of main protection plus switching off time of commensurate breaker. When dead band appears in main protection, the actuation time of reserve protection which acts on the dead band shall be adopted, and the commensurate short- circuit current value shall be adopted. For the computing time of re-computating short-circuit current heating effect of electric appliance, it is suitable to adopt actuation time ofreserve protection plus switching off time of commensurate breaker. 4.1.5 The conductor and electric appliance which protected in fuse may not be recomputed for the thermal arrest; the conductor and electric appliance shall be recomputed for the dynamic stability except the ones which protected in fuse with metering function . The voltage transformer loop which protected in fuse may not be recomputated for the dynamic and thermal effect. 4.1.6 The nor.rnal maximum operating temperature of bare conductor shall not be large than 70 ·c, at the time of take account of sunshine impact, the steel reinforced aluminum wire and tubiform conductor should not be large than 80 ·c. The maximum operating temperature of heatproof conductor of special type may be adopted according to the data provided from the manufactory, but the impact of conductor of steel wire should be adopted. 4.2.3 The rectangle, dual slot and tubifonn may be adopted for hard conductor. The allowable current capacity of rectangle aluminum conductor shall meet the requirements of Appendix A in this code. 4.2.4 The design of hard conductor shall meet the requirements of irregular settlement, temperature fluctuation and oscillation and other factors. 4.3 Selection of Electric Appliance 4.3.1 The insulation withstand level of electrical equipment shall meet the relevant requirem~nts of current national standard Insulation Co-ordination for "High Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment" with a serial number of GB 311.1.
