This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. Instead of the standard YS/T 590-2006 "deformable aluminum and aluminum alloy flat ingot." Compared with this standard YS/T 590-2006, the main technical changes as follows. --- Width modified to ≤2930mm, modify the length of ≤10000mm; --- Tightened the width deviation, length bias, modify the thickness deviation; --- Increased unevenness deviation, the calculation method; --- Tightened bending index; --- Diagonal difference increased provisions; --- Tightened sawing mark depth requirements; --- Increased provisions flat ingot surface milling; --- Tightened control level macrostructure grain size, adjust the low magnification loose control level; --- Increased milling flat surface appearance of ingot quality requirements, tightened the non-flat surface milling ingot into a layer (cold compartment), tumor depth segregation requirements; --- Refinement melt hydrogen content control level, and control for adjustment of the hydrogen content of the information from the Appendix to the standard text; --- Improve the informative appendix. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the use of semi-continuous casting process to produce the deformation of aluminum and aluminum alloy flat ingot requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standards Chi, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate with your order (or contract) content.
