1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination method of magnesium, aluminum, silicon, chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, ruthenium, rhodium, silver, tin, iridium, platinum, gold, lead and bismuth in sponge palladium.

3 Reagents and Materials
Unless otherwise stated, only primary water identified as excellent grade pure reagent and having a resistivity of not more than 18.2 MΩ · cm-1 was used in the analysis.
3.1 hydrochloric acid (ρ1.19g/mL), MOS grade.
3.2 nitric acid (ρ1.42g/mL), the MOS level.
3.3 Hydrogen peroxide (ρ1.44g/mL), MOS grade.
3.4 hydrochloric acid (1 1), with the current distribution.
3.5 nitric acid (1 1), with the current distribution.
3.6 hydrochloric acid (1 4), with the current distribution.
3.7 mixed acid. 3 volumes of hydrochloric acid (3.1) and 1 volume nitric acid (3.2) mix, with the current distribution.
