Foreword

This instructional document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Guidance Document replaces YC /Z290-2009 "Agricultural Standard System for Tobacco Industry" and compared with YC /Z290-2009, Editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Remove the normative references (see the.2009 edition of Chapter 2); --- Added the term "standard" (see 2.1), deleted the term "standard system table" (see.2009 version 3.2); --- Modify the standard text of the structure and standard architecture (see Chapter 3,.2009 edition Chapter 4 and Chapter 5); --- Modify the nature and content of some appendices, an increase of standards, laws, regulations and rules and regulations (see Appendix A ~ Appendix H,.2009 Version of Appendix A ~ Appendix G). This guiding technical document is proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. This guidance document is governed by the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee Sub-Technical Committee on Agriculture (SAC/TC144/SC2). 1 Scope

This Guidance Document sets forth the composition, structure drawings and standard details of the agricultural standards system in the tobacco industry. This guidance document is applicable to revision and management of agricultural standards in the tobacco industry.

2 Terms and definitions
