This standard is applicable to the management of transportation, storage and handling of liquid petroleum products. This standard does not apply to the following situations: a) Electrostatic discharge may occur, but flammable vapors in the discharge area can be removed or inerted. B) Store the product in a closed system where the oxygen content is below the minimum required for combustion.
