Chapter 1 is "Scope"; Chapter 2 is "Normative references"; Chapter 3 is "Terms and definitions"; Chapter 4 defines “Basic conditions of PREPARING overall development program”; Chapter 5 specifies “Outline of PREPARING overall development program for oil fields”; Chapter 6~13 specifies the basic contents of each volume in “Overall development program report”; Chapter 14 defines “PREPARING requirements of report”. Energy-saving principle requirements have been integrated in each chapters of this Standard, so it is not listed separately. Compared with SY/T 10011-1997, the main changes of this Standard are as follows. — Add the "Terms and definitions", in order to clarify the early study stages and corresponding requirements of the development (see Chapter 3 of this edition); — Add the "Basic Conditions of PREPARING Overall Development Program". Clearly define the basic conditions of PREPARING the program (see Chapter 4 of this edition); — According to the latest national requirements, modify the chapters and combine the “Occupational health, safety and environmental protection” into one chapter; — Add the "Attachment" and delete the Appendix, in order to improve the PREPARING quality and efficiency and reduce the length of the text body; — In addition, this Standard expands the adaption to the requirements of SY/T 10011-1997, according to the actual situations and needs on land; and adds or deletes the contents accordingly. This Standard is applicable to PREPARING the overall development program for oil fields. [Translator’s Note. It can be added as required. 5.2.3 The contents and understandings, from Volume I to Volume VII, shall not be contradicted. 5.2.4 The conclusions of the special study reports in the contents and attachments of Volume I throughout Volume VII shall be consistent in principle; If there are new information and data supplement, or there exists difference with the special reports, it shall point out the difference and demonstrate in details, and explain the reason. c) Basic appraisal for seismic interpretation methods and results maps. d) Seismic special processing data. Seismic network diagram shall be attached. 7.1.4.2 Drilling data Drilling data of oil-fields include. a) Number of drilled exploratory wells and appraisal wells. b) Accumulative drilling footage, coring footage, core length, recovery of core, and core length of Oil-bearing core. The exploration results table and coring summary table, etc. shall be attached. 7.1.4.3 Well logging data Well logging data of oil-fields include. a) Well logging series of drilled exploratory wells and appraisal wells. b) Environmental correction and standardization of well logging data. c) Basic appraisal for the data processing and interpretation of results. Well logging series of statistical table, well logging interpretation data table, and typical well logging interpretation diagram shall be attached. 7.1.4.4 Analytical test data The analytical test data of oil-fields include core and fluid sampling situation, lab-test items and quantity. Sampling and analytical lab-test items table shall be attached. 7.1.4.5 Test, pilot production and pilot test data Test, pilot production and pilot test data of oil-fields include. a) Well number and well quantity of testing wells, well testing intervals and results. b) Pilot production and pilot test profile when necessary. Test, well testing and pilot production result summary table shall be attached. 7.2 Oil reservoir geological characteristics 7.2.1 Stratigraphic characteristics of oil (gas) beating series Division and contrast of oil (gas) beating series stratum.
