1 Scope

This part of SN/T 4849 specifies the real-time fluorescent PCR method for the detection of blackcurrant components in foods and beverages. This section is applicable to the initial processing of fresh fruit, frozen fruit, candied fruit, freshly squeezed juice, pulp-type juice, dried fruit, jam, etc. with blackcurrant as raw material. Qualitative testing of blackcurrant ingredients in foods and beverages (except clear juice and fruit wine). The minimum detection limit (LOD) for the method specified in this section is 1% (volume ratio).
