Weigh 1.54g of ammonium acetate (4.5, accurate to 0.01g), dissolve in water and dilute to 1000mL, Mix and mix now. It is vacuum filtered through a microporous membrane and degassed before use. 4.8 Azodicarbonamide standard stock solution (1.0mg/mL).
