The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article.
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 14261 bulk flotation zinc concentrate sampling, sample preparation method
JJG629 polycrystalline X-ray diffractometer
3 method summary
The sample is scanned by an X-ray diffractometer to determine the phase composition of the sample to identify whether the sample belongs to a zinc concentrate.
4 Instruments and equipment
4.1 X-ray diffractometer. in accordance with JJG629 regulations.
4.2 Air drying oven. temperature up to 105 ° C, temperature control accuracy ± 2 ° C.
5 sampling and sample preparation
Sampling and sample preparation according to GB/T 14261, the particle size of the sample should be less than 100μm, and dried at 105 °C ± 2 °C for at least 2h.
Place in a desiccator for later use.
6 sample test
6.1 Measurement sample preparation
Take an appropriate amount of sample (5) evenly into the sample frame, compress and flatten to a plane with the surface of the sample frame.
6.2 Determination
The measurement piece (6.1) was placed on an X-ray diffractometer sample stage, and an X-ray diffraction pattern of the sample was taken using appropriate measurement conditions.
See Appendix A for the measurement conditions of the X-ray diffractometer.
