1 Scope

This standard specifies the fiberboard and particleboard phthalate content of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry - selected ion monitoring (GC/MS- SIM) method of determination. This standard applies to fiberboard and particleboard dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), o-benzene two (2-ethylhexyl) formate (DEHP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) Determination of acid diisononyl ester (DINP) content.

2 principle

The n-hexane was used to extract the phthalate in the sample by ultrasonic extraction. The extract was determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry And confirmed that the external standard method.

3 Reagents and materials

3.1 n-hexane, chromatographic purity. 3.2 Phthalate standards. DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DIDP and DINP, purity ≥97%, see Appendix A. 3.3 Standard stock solution Accurately weighed amount of phthalate standard (3.2), with n-hexane (3.1) formulated DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP concentration of 2g/L standard stock solution, DIDP, DINP concentration of 20g/L standard stock solution. 3.4 Standard Working Solution The DBP, BBP, DEHP and DNOP concentrations of 0.5mg/L ~ 10mg/L, DIDP, DINP concentration from 5mg/L ~ 100mg/L between the one or several mixed standard working solution. Note. The standard solution is protected from light at below 4 ℃. The standard stock solution is valid for 6 months. The standard working solution is valid for 3 months.
