1 Scope

After the sample of pesticide residues via Easy solid phase extraction (SPE), acephate and other 12 kinds of pesticides (see Appendix A table in paragraph A.1 Ⅰ group) was measured by gas chromatography, fenitrothion and other 13 kinds of pesticides (see Appendix A in Table A.1 group Ⅱ) by gas chromatography - mass spectrometer Fixed, bensulfuron-methyl and other six kinds of pesticides (see Appendix A in Table A.1 group Ⅲ) by liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, matrix-matched standards Outer curve standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations. 4.1 acetone. chromatography. 4.2 ethyl acetate. chromatography. 4.3 acetonitrile. chromatography. 4.4 formic acid.
