4 Reagents

Unless otherwise specified in this standard, all reagents superior grade pure water was used a water GB/T 6682 regulations. After 4.9 column derivatization agent. Weigh 0.5g diphenyl hydrazine (4.2), was dissolved in 100mL of acetone (4.3), add a drop of acetic acid (4.4) and acidified.
