1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of export of beverages and wine monochloroacetic acid content. This standard applies to mineral water, tea drinks, milk drinks, fruit juice, cola, beer, wine, rice wine, the acid content of a gas chromatography Spectral Method.

Weigh 15.0mg internal standard 1,2-DBP (4.8), methyl tert-butyl ether (4.9) volume to 50mL, formulated as Internal standard stock solution at a concentration of 300mg/L; then take 50μL of internal standard stock solution with methyl tert-butyl ether volume to 50mL, formulated as an internal standard and Crafts Take solution at a concentration of 300μg/L.
