1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods given fluoride grass residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method. This standard applies to citrus, apples, spinach, cabbage, corn, rice, beef liver, chicken kidney fluroxypyr given the determination and confirmation of residues.

2 Method summary

Sample extracted with ethyl acetate gel column purification, and then by fluorine Rory silica (Florisil) solid-phase column purification, after esterification derived for Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detection, external standard.
