1 Scope

3 Principle

The caffeine in the cosmetics was ultrasonically extracted with methanol, centrifuged, and the supernatant was filtered, and determined by a liquid chromatograph equipped with a UV detector. Qualitative according to its retention time, quantified by the standard working curve method.

4 reagents and materials
