Take 50mL acetone and 50mL hexane, mix well. 3.12 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. 3.13 hexane saturated acetonitrile. 3.14 GCB column/amino column composite column. 500mg, 6mL; or GCB column (500mg, 6mL) and amino column (500mg, 3mL) from top to bottom in tandem. 3.15 pyrimethanil standard.
