1 Scope

This standard specifies the isolation and identification of avian encephalomyelitis virus, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, indirect immunofluorescence test, enzyme-linked immunoassay Detection technology for epidemic adsorption test and agar diffusion test. 4 Virus isolation and identification
