1 Scope

This standard specifies the MET residues in food for export of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the export of rice, pears paclobutrazol residues determination.

2 Method summary

With acetone or ethyl acetate - acetone mixture to extract the sample remaining MET, Florisil solid-phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography - Mass spectrometry (GC-MS) detection, external standard.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade. 3.1 acetone. pesticide grade. 3.2 hexane. pesticide grade. 3.3 ethyl acetate. pesticide grade. 3.4 ethyl acetate - acetone mixture. Take 20mL acetone, diluted to 100mL with ethyl acetate. 3.5 eluent (n-hexane - acetone mixture). Take 5mL acetone, diluted to 100mL with n-hexane. 3.6 eluent (n-hexane - acetone mixture). Take 15mL acetone, diluted to 100mL with n-hexane. 3.7 MET standard substance. purity ≥99%. 3.8 MET standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount of MET standard substance (accurate to 0.1mg), dissolved in a small amount of acetone, hexane Preparation of a concentration of 100μg/mL of the standard stock solution. Diluted to concentrations applicable standard working solution with n-hexane as needed. 3.9 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in the dryer to save. 3.10 Florisil SPE column. 2g, 12mL.
