This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces SN/T 1391-2004 "Inspection Protocol for Import and Export Instant Coffee". This standard is compared with SN/T 1391-2004 except The main technical changes outside the editorial modification are as follows. --- Modified normative references; --- Modified the definition of instant coffee; --- Increased sample packaging and marking, quality indicators, inspection, inspection basis, on-site inspection, sample management; --- Removed total sugar, ash items and Appendix A; --- Modified sampling, caffeine, microbiological testing methods; --- Modify the test results; --- Modified unqualified processing. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Regulatory Commission. This standard was drafted by the People's Republic of China Hainan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the rules for the determination of sampling, inspection, and inspection results of imported and exported instant coffee. This standard applies to the inspection of imported and exported instant coffee.
