Instead of the standard SN/T 1088-2002 "brucellosis plate agglutination test procedures", SN/T 1090-2002 "brucellosis Disease tube agglutination test procedures ", SN/T 1089-2002" brucellosis complement fixation test procedures ", SN/T 1394- 2004 "brucellosis whole milk ring test methods", SN/T 1525-2005 "trace brucellosis complement fixation test methods." In addition to this standard editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows. --- Increased brucellosis microscopic examination; --- Increased bacterial culture; --- Increasing the polymerase chain reaction; --- Increasing the buffer plate agglutination test; --- Increasing the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; --- Increased fluorescence polarization test.
