Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of a given bacteria phosphorus standard (accurate to 0.1mg), paired with toluene concentration of about 1.0mg/mL standard stock solution. Hexane and then diluted to appropriate concentration standard working solution as needed. 4.9 filter. 0.45μm, the organic phase is suitable. 4.10 anhydrous sodium sulfate column.
