Summary: This standard stipulates the requirements for welding materials, pre-weld preparation, welding, non-destructive testing, etc. of high-alloy furnace tubes (including pipe fittings) for petrochemical tubular furnaces. This standard is applicable to austenitic stainless steel, iron-nickel-base alloy and nickel-based alloy rolling furnace tubes and pipe fittings and centrifugal casting furnace tubes or static casting pipe fittings with a petroleum alloy tube furnace alloy content of 18Cr-8Ni and a higher alloy content. Welding, inspection and acceptance, welding methods are electrode arc welding, tungsten gas shielded welding, gas metal arc welding and submerged arc welding.
