Summary: This standard specifies the petrochemical steel tower vessel (hereinafter referred to as towers) the selection, design, and design for manufacturing, testing and acceptance requirements. This standard applies to the design pressure of not more than 35MPa, height greater than 10m, and height to diameter ratio greater than 5 skirt self-supporting tower design. This specification does not apply to tower design: (a) with pull-pull device tower, (b) non-metallic lining tower, (c) by the operating platform into one row of towers and towers, (d) jacketed tower.
