1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of sulfamethazine and sulfamethoxazole residues in livestock and poultry meat by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of sulfamethazine and sulfamethoxazole in livestock and poultry meat.

2 Principle

In the sample, sulfamethazine and sulfamethoxazole were extracted with acetonitrile + chloroform (10 犞 +1 犞), and then transferred to water through liquid-liquid distribution.
