1 Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, requirements, test methods and requirements for marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of bamboo shoots. This standard is applicable to the inspection, evaluation and appraisal of the quality of bamboo shoots in the process of scientific research, production, processing and sales.

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Bamboo shoots Different from granules and silage, but with young corn ears (before and after corn spinning, young ears without blasts, shaped like bamboo shoots) A type of corn that is edible. 3.2 Bamboo shoots The length of the whole bamboo shoots. 3.3 Bamboo shoot The maximum diameter measured along the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the shoot corn.
