In addition, the batch number of the same type of electrode and flux supplied by the same welding material manufacturer can be interchangeable and shall be indicated in the quality certificate. 3.1.4 When the batch number of electrode and/or flux is different from the content of the quality guarantee and does not meet the requirements of 3.1.3, the ordering organization shall conduct inspection according to the provisions of the quality guarantee system; and the technical requirements shall be no lower than those of this Document.
