Otherwise, the repairing shall be reported to the general technical superintendent of the manufacturing organization for approval, and the repairing times, positions and conditions shall be recorded in the vessel quality certificate. 7.3 Assembly 7.3.1 The plate heat exchanger shall be assembled in accordance with the product pass and channel arrangement drawing. 7.3.2 The gasket slot and corrugated surface of the plate shall be cleaned without dirt before assembling. 7.3.3 孔'hen pasting 吐ie gasket in the gasket slot of plate with adhesives, the gasket shall have no distortion and loosαiing; when fixing the gasket in the gasket slot of plate by adopting with other methods, the gasket still shall have no such conditions as distortion and deviation from the gasket slot of plate. 7.3.4 孔'hen tying the plate pack, the stud (or top bar) shall be tightened up uniformly and symmetrically in order to keep the parallel condition of plates. After assembling, when the clamping size L is less than lOOOmm, the parallel misalignment bem「een m「o cover plates shall not be larger than 2mm; when the clamping size Lis larger than lOOOmm, the parallel misalignment between two cover plates shall not be larger than 3% of the clamping size L or shall not be larger than 4mm. 7.3.5 The deviation in clamping size L shall not be larger than 3% of L; and when the clamping size is less than 30mm, the deviation shall not be larger than Imm. 7.3.6 The sealing surface of the nozzle flange of cover plates shall be perpendicular to the centerline of nozzle and its deviation shall not exceed 1 % of the flange outer diameter (the flange outer diameter shall be lOOmm when it is less than lOOmm) or 3mm 付ie deviation shall be determined according to drawing if special requirement is provided). 7.3. 7 The carbon steel parts and components of the plate heat exchanger shall be taken with rust protection measures; the flange sealing surface should be protected by coating with lubricant (grease). 7.3.8 The metal surface of plate heat exchanger requiring painting shall be dried in advance; and the oil stains, rust, weld spa忧er and other sundries that may affect the painting quality shall be removed. The surface paint film shall be uniform without bubbles, cracks and peeling. 7.3.9 The inner chamber of the assembled plate heat exchanger shall be clean without sundries. 7.4 Hydrostatic testing The hydrostatic test shall be separately applied to 也c plate heat exchangers one by one. 7.4.1 Generally, water shall be adopted as the medium in the hydrostatic test, the water stains shall be removed after conducting hydrostatic test with water on the plate heat exchanger assembled with austenitic stainless steel plates, if this requirement can not be met, the chloride content of water used for the hydrostatic test shall not exceed 25 mg/L. 7.4.2 The test pressure shall be determined according to those specified in 3.6.1. 7.4.3 For each hydrostatic test, two calibrated pressure gauges with precision class no less 也an 1.6 and the same measurement range shall be adopted. The measurement range of the pressure gauge shall be 1. 5~ 3 times of the design pressure, and the diameter of the dial shall not be less than 100 mm. 7.4.4 The hydrostatic test shall be applied s叩arately to the hot side and cold side no pressure to the other side. 7.4.5 Air outlet shall be set at proper position for the test, and air m 吐ie PHE shall be drained out by filling water. 卫ie sighting plane of the PHE shall be kept dry during the test. 7.4.6 咀ie hydrostatic test pressure for each test shall be held for a sufficient time to permit s thorough inspection and detection of all the sealing surfaces and compression welding positions, or for not less than 30min. During the test, the pressure shall be kept constant, method of continuous compression or tightening up the stud (or 归p bar) to holding the constant pressure shall not be taken. 7.4. 7 After completion of the hydrostatic test, 世ie PHE shall be drained. 8 Inspection and Performance Measurement 8.1 Plate 8.1.1 The d叩th of the gasket slot of plate shall be detected with dial indicator, the detection points shall be distributed uniformly with four respectively at both ends, and the gasket slot shall be detected at three points per lm at the straight part (t...
