After being confirmed by the manufacturer's quality inspection department, it must have a certificate certifying that the product is qualified before exit-factory. 4.2 Test items The test items of the AC charging spot are as shown in Table 1. 4.3 Qualification judgement The test items for type test and exit-factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Table 1.5 Test method5.1 Test conditions 5.2 General inspection 5.2.1 Visual inspection Visually check that the housing of the charging spot (including the charging connection device) shall be flat, without obvious defects such as bumps, scratches, deformation, etc.; the surface coating and plating shall be uniform and not fall off; the parts (including the charging connection device) shall be fastened and reliable, without such defects and damages as rust, burr, crack. 5.3 Functional test 5.3.1 Communication function test Charging spots that have a communication function with the higher-level monitoring system or operation management system as specified by the manufacturer are connected to the test system. During the charging process, the charging spots shall be able to communicate according to the agreed protocol requirements. 5.4 Test of safety requirements 5.4.1 Test of output short-circuit protection Connect the charging spot to the test system. Before the AC power supply circuit is turned on, simulate the output short-circuit failure of the charging spot. The charging spot shall allow to charge; during the charging process, simulate the output short-circuit fault of the charging spot, the charging spot shall immediately cut off the AC output. 5.4.2 Test of over-temperature protection For charging spots with rated current greater than 16A and using connection method A or connection method B, the power supply socket shall be provided with a temperature monitoring device. Connect the charging spot to the test system to simulate the situation where the temperature of the charging interface of the charging spot exceeds the over-temperature protection value. The charging spot shall reduce the PWM duty cycle or cut off the AC power supply circuit and issue an alarm prompt. 5.5 Inspection of charging mode and connection method Visually check that the charging mode used by the charging spot shall comply with the charging mode 3 specified in 5.1 of GB/T 18487.1-2015; the connection method shall adopt either the connection method A, connection B, or connection method C as specified in 3.1.3 of GB/T 18487.1-2015.The charging spot with a rated current greater than 32A shall use the connection method C. 5.6 Inspection of cable management and storage For connection method C, the charging spot shall be equipped with a vehicle plug storage device with the spot, which can be separated from the charging spot or fixed on the charging spot. 5.7 Test of internal temperature rise The reference ambient air temperature is 25 C. Install a temperature measuring element on the measured part of the charging spot. The temperature can be measured by melting particles, change indicators or thermocouples. These measuring elements shall be placed where the influence of the measured temperature is negligible. Close the lid or door; 5.8 Allowable temperature test Connect the charging spot to the test system and operate it at an ambient temperature of 40 C and a rated load. The maximum allowable temperature of the accessible portion of the charging spot shall meet the requirements in Table 3. 5.9 Test of electric shock protection 5.10 Test of electrical clearance and creepage distance Use a measuring gauge or Vernier caliper to check the minimum clearance and creepage distance at the specified part of the charging spot, which shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.The creepage distances in Table 3 are the specified values for the basic insulations. 5.11 Insulation performance test 5.14 Controlled guidance test 5.14.1 Test of charge control state Connect the charging spot to the test system and carry out the test in accordance with the method specified in 6.4.2 of GB/T 34657.1-2017.The test results shall meet the requirements of the corresponding conformity assessment. For a multi-charging spot, each vehicle interface shall be tested separately, meanwhile the control guidance function of each interface shall run independently and be completely isolated. 5.14.2 Test of control timing of charging connection Connect the charging spot to the test system and carry out the test according to the method specified in 6.4.3 of GB/T 34657.1-2017.The test results shall meet the requirements of the corresponding conformity assessment. 5.14.6 Test of closure of switch S2 after opening Connect the charging spot to the test system and perform the test according to the method specified in 6.4.4.6 of GB/T 34657.1-2017 5.15 Noise test Place the charging spot in a semi-anechoic room. Connect the test system externally. Set it to run stably under the rated load. Measure the noise from the front, back, left, right horizontal positions of the charging spot at 1 m ~ 1.5 m above the ground. The maximum value of the measured noise shall not be greater than 55 dB (A). 5.16 Mechanical strength test After the charging spot is stored at -5 C for 2 hours. Use a spring hammer to carry out the mechanical strength test. The impact energy is 0.7 J. Make 3 impacts on different parts of the accessible surface of the charging spot. After the test, check that the cover and casing are not damaged or that they do not touch live parts and affect the use of the charging spot; the operating mechanism is not damaged; the coating and sheath of the insulating material are not damaged. If necessary, the shell can be disassembled for verification. 5.17 Protection level test 5.22 Cyclic damp heat test Place the charging spot in the environmental test box. According to the requirements of GB/T 2423.4-2008 "Test Db. Cyclic damp heat (12h + 12h cycle), at the test temperature of 40 C and 2 cycles, at 2 h before the end of the damp heat test, carry out retest of the insulation resistance and dielectric strength. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 1 M ; apply the measurement voltage at 75% of the required dielectric strength. After the test, return to normal atmospheric conditions in the environmental box. After power on, the charging control guidance, display function, input function, communication function, protection function of the charging spot shall be normal. 5.23 Electromagnetic compatibility test 5.23.1 Overview The charging spot shall meet the electromagnetic compatibility test, immunity requirements and emission requirements as specified in this Chapter. All EMC test items as specified in this Chapter can be tested in any order. The EMC requirements in this Chapter are based on the port of the charging spot and the installation and use environment. Charging spots ports are mainly divided into shell ports, AC power input ports, signal/control ports, wired network ports, conductive power transmission ports (hereinafter referred to as CPT ports). The definition of each port is detailed in 3.1 of GB/T 18487.2-2017.The 5.23.2 Test configuration of charging spot All tests shall use typical charging spots and communication cables (at the CPT port) provided by the manufacturer. If no cable is provided with the charging spot, the test shall be performed at the typical length of the cable. 5.23.3 Test load conditions for charging spots The CPT port of the charging spot shall be connected to AE (auxiliary equipment), which includes a test system formed by AN (artificial network) and / or ISN (impedance stabilization network), meanwhile it is connected to an adjustable resistive load. If the charging spot has a large number of similar ports or connectors, it shall select a sufficient number of ports to simulate actual operating conditions and ensure that all different types of terminals are covered, such as 20% of all ports or at least 4 ports. 5.23.4 Operating conditions during test The test plan shall specify the configuration and operating mode of the charging spot, meanwhile the actual conditions during the test shall be accurately recorded in the test report. The test shall be carried out under the specified operating range and rated input voltage of the charging spot. During the test, it shall evaluate two operating modes, standby mode and charging mode. 5.23.5 Immunity test 5.235.5.1 Overview The charging spot shall be tested in two operating modes. standby mode and charging mode. See Table 6 and Table 7 for details. When testing in the charging mode, it shall adjust the resistive load, so that the charger is tested at 50% of the rated power at the rated output voltage. 5.23.5.2 Test requirements According to the installation and use environment of the charging spot, the test requirements for charging spots used in non-residential environments are as shown in Table 6.The test requirements for the charging spots used in residential environments ae as shown in Table 7. ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
