1 Scope

This document specifies the test principle, basic requirements, instruments, test procedures, data processing and test methods for the determination of the rebound rate of shotcrete. Report. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Rebound materials reboundmaterials During the concrete spraying process, the splashed materials that are ejected through the nozzle and not bonded to the sprayed wall surface. 3.2 The mass ratio of the rebound material to the total mass of the bonding material and the rebound material on the sprayed wall. 3.3 A non-absorbent plastic film or tarp used to collect rebound material. 3.4 Material rebound caused by concrete spraying on both sides of the tunnel. 3.5 Material rebound caused by concrete spraying at the top of the tunnel.
