1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and use of aluminum alloy cable trays. Instructions, packaging, transportation and storage. 3 Terms and definitions

4 Classification and marking

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Mechanical properties of materials 5.1.1 The aluminum alloy plate for the bridge frame can be selected from the 5052 grade in Table 1 in GB/T 3880.2-2012, and the supply status is H12 or H24 aluminum For alloy materials, other aluminum alloy materials with mechanical properties no less than 5052-H12 or H24 can also be used. 5.1.2 Aluminum alloy extruded profiles for ladder frames can be selected from the 6063 grades in Table 12 of GB/T 5237.1-2017, and the supply status is T5 aluminum alloy For gold materials, other aluminum alloy materials with mechanical properties no less than 6063-T5 can also be used. 5.1.3 The aluminum alloy extruded profile of the support and hanger for the bridge can be selected as 5052 in Table 4 of GB/T 6892-2015, and the supply status is H12 Or H24 aluminum alloy materials, other aluminum alloy materials with mechanical properties no less than 5052-H12 or H24 can also be used. 5.1.4 The aluminum cover plate for the bridge frame and the bottom plate of the assembled pallet can be selected as 1060 in Table 1 of GB/T 3880.2-2012. For aluminum materials with H14 or H24 application status, other aluminum materials with mechanical properties no less than 1060H14 or H24 can also be used. 5.2 Appearance quality 5.2.1 The surface of the bridge frame should be clean and smooth, with uniform color, and no defects such as cracks, burrs, sharp edges, peeling, corrosion and bubbles are allowed. 5.2.2 The surface of the bridge with anodized surface treatment is not allowed to have defects such as electric burns, peeling off of the oxide film or exposure of the bottom. 5.2.3 The surface of the bridge frame with electrophoretic painting, powder spraying or fluorocarbon paint spraying treatment shall not be allowed to have wrinkles, cracks, Bubbles, flow marks, inclusions, stickiness, shedding, exposed bottom and other defects that affect use. 5.3 Manufacturing accuracy 5.3.1 The allowable deviation of the length of the straight section of the bridge tray and ladder frame shall meet the following requirements. a) When the length is ≤2 000 mm, the allowable deviation is ±2.0 mm; b) When the length is more than 2 000 mm, the allowable deviation is ±4.0 mm. c) The distance between the centers of the bridge crosspieces should not be greater than 350 mm, the width of the crosspieces should not be less than 40 mm, the crosspieces and the cable contact plane (Along the long axis direction of the bridge through the body) the width is not less than 12 mm. d) The height and width of the bridge frame should meet the requirements of Table 4, the size deviation and other unrequired limit deviations It shall meet the requirements of Grade V in GB/T 1804-2000. 5.3.2 The thickness of the bottom plate, side plate and cover plate of the bridge should meet the requirements of Table 5. 5.3.3 The straightness of the bridge tray and ladder frame shall not exceed 3 mm in length measured per 1,000 mm.
