4 Technical requirements

4.1 The lock nut shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Locknuts are grades 8 and 10 and shall meet the mechanical performance requirements specified in GB 3098.2. 4.3 The surface of the lock nut should be galvanized and passivated. 4.4 Lock nut The non-metallic insert material of the lock part is nylon.It is recommended to use nylon 66 or nylon 1010. 5 Test method

5.1 The mechanical property test items and test methods of the product shall meet the requirements of GB 3098.2. 5.2 The locking performance test method of the product can be tested by torque transfer or by agreement between the supply and demand parties. 6 Acceptance inspection, marking and packaging 6.1 The product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer.The manufacturer shall ensure that each batch of products shipped meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by Product certification. 6.2 The product acceptance inspection, marking and packaging shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 90.
