If the total number of proficiency testing samples is less than 10, all samples shall be tested for uniformity. 4.6.2.2 Select representative and sensitive items from the proficiency test items for uniformity inspection, or select other items He is relevant and sensitive to sample unevenness. 4.6.2.3 For each sample taken, measure at least 2 times under repeated conditions. Samples for repeated measurements should be taken separately. In order to reduce For the influence of orientation changes (drift) in small measurements, all repeated measurements of the sample should be performed in random order. Repeated measurement of each sample should not Continuously, that is, after completing one measurement of all samples, the samples should be disturbed and the next measurement should be performed. For outliers in the test, It should not be arbitrarily eliminated until the reason is found out. 4.6.2.4 The method of calculating the standard deviation (SS) of the inhomogeneity between samples is as follows. a) Take i samples (i = 1, 2, m), and each sample is measured j times under repeated conditions (j = 1, 2, n); b) Calculate the average value (ix) of each sample according to formula (1). 4.6.3 Evaluation of sample stability 4.6.3.1 For some samples with relatively unstable nature, transportation and time may affect the characteristic quantity of the test. So need Carry out a stability test. When the test sample has multiple characteristic quantities to be measured, the characteristic quantities that are prone to change and representative should be selected for stability Sex test. 4.6.3.2 The samples for stability testing shall be randomly selected from the proficiency testing samples, and the number of samples shall be no less than 3. 4.6.3.3 The stability test shall be carried out before the sample is sent and after all participants have completed the proficiency testing sample test. For each sample Measure at least 2 times under repeated conditions. Samples for repeated measurements should be taken separately. In order to reduce the influence of orientation changes in the measurement (Drift), all repeated measurements of the sample should be performed in random order. The repeated measurement of each sample should not be performed continuously, that is, after all After one measurement with a sample, disturb the sample and proceed to the next measurement. For outliers that appear in the test, they should not be Eliminate at will. 4.6.3.4 Calculate according to formula (12). If the formula is established, it can be considered that the sample is stable in this proficiency test. 4.7 Sample sending For civil aviation fuels that are dangerous goods, a qualified dangerous goods transport unit should be selected to send samples. 4.8 Information communication 4.8.1 The proficiency test notice, test result report and sample receipt status receipt shall be sent to participants (see Appendix A). 4.8.2 The proficiency test notification is an operation instruction issued to each participant and required to strictly abide by it.
