1 Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements for the preservation of major economic forest products, including harvesting, pretreatment, precooling, packaging, storage, transportation, and information traceability. This document applies to fresh fruits (apples, pears, peaches, grapes, citrus, fresh dates, apricots, lychees, longans, kiwis) and dried fruits (board It can be used to preserve the main economic forest products such as chestnuts, walnuts, and dried dates.
