1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and Identification, packaging, transportation and storage. This document is applicable to Oriented Strand Board for container floor.

3 Terms and definitions

5 Inspection method

6 Result calculation and judgment method

6.1 Result calculation 6.1.1 Average The average value of a board is the arithmetic average of the test values of n test pieces in the board, calculated according to formula (2). ̅6.1.2 Find the minimum value among several test pieces of a plate (static bending strength, internal bonding strength, elastic modulus, short span shear strength (Longitudinal)) or maximum value (24 hours water absorption thickness expansion rate). 6.2 Judgment method 6.2.1 The average value of static bending strength, internal bonding strength and elastic modulus, and short span shear strength (longitudinal) of a board must meet. 6.2.2 The arithmetic average of the water absorption thickness expansion rate of a board must meet. 6.2.3 When inspecting multiple boards, each board should meet the requirements of 6.2.1 and 6.2.2, if not, re-inspect according to Article 7.3.1 And judgment. 6.2.4 For other performance indicators that are not specified, only their arithmetic average values are judged.

7 Inspection rules

7.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 The factory inspection includes the following items. a) Appearance quality; b) Specifications and dimensions; c) Physical and mechanical properties. density deviation, moisture content, water absorption thickness expansion rate, static bending strength, elastic modulus, internal bonding Strength, short span shear strength. 7.1.2 Type inspection is all inspection items required in Chapter 4. During normal production, the type inspection shall not be less than once every six months; when one of the following situations occurs, the type inspection shall be carried out. a) When there are major changes in raw and auxiliary materials and production processes; b) When production has been suspended for more than three months and production is resumed; c) When the quality supervision department proposes type inspection requirements. 7.2 Dimensions The general inspection level in GB/T 2828.1-2012 is II and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) is 4.0. Case, see Table 5. 7.3 Physical and mechanical properties 7.3.1 The physical and mechanical properties shall adopt the re-inspection sampling plan according to Table 6.Take n1 boards for the first time, if an indicator in the test result is not Qualified, then take n2 plates for the second time to re-inspect the unqualified items, and the performance value of the second sample n2 (the unqualified items in n1) must All meet the standard requirements, otherwise the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 7.3.2 When the factory conducts self-inspection on the physical and mechanical properties of the boards, the number of samples can be 1 per shift. 7.4 Judgment rules When all inspection items are qualified, the batch of products is determined to be a qualified batch, otherwise it is unqualified. 8 Identification, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Identification The product shall be affixed with a mark indicating the product name, specifications, production date and inspector code. 8.2 Packaging Products should be properly packaged according to different specifications. Each package should be accompanied by the product name, manufacturer’s name, trademark, regulations Grid size, quantity, implementation standard, moisture-proof and inspection label with qualified seal. 8.3 Transportation and storage The product should be protected from moisture, rain, sun and deformation during transportation and storage.

(Normative appendix) Short span shear strength measurement method A.1 Test instruments and equipment A1.1 Mechanics universal testing machine, the graduation value is 10N; A1.2 Vernier caliper, graduation value 0.02mm; A1.3 Micrometer, the graduation value is 0.01mm. A.2 Test procedure A.2.1 Record the length, width and thickness of the test piece (accurate to 0.1mm). A.2.2 Adjust the span between the two supports to 10 times the nominal thickness of the test piece, and determine the short span shear strength as shown in Figure A.1.
