Foreword

This standard is in accordance with GB/T Draft the rules given in 1-2009. This standard replaces JT/T 301-1996 "Highway Crossing Classification and Coding Rules". Compared with JT/T 301-1996, this standard In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Restructured and formatted the original standard; --- Modify the expression of the original standard "highway management level" to "highway administrative level" (see 4.1, Appendix A of.1996 edition) --- Removed Appendix A of the original standard and adjusted the relevant content to 4. 1 (see 4.1, Appendix A of the.1996 edition); --- Deleted the appendix B of the original standard and adjusted the relevant content to 6. 1 (see 6.1, Appendix B to the.1996 edition); --- Expand the route number in the original standard "Highway Crossing Code Structure" from three to four (see 8.1,.1996 version 8.1); --- Change the original standard cross code encoding symbol from "A" to "F" (see 8.2,.1996 version 8.2). This standard is proposed by and under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee on Transportation, Information, Communications and Navigation Standardization. This standard was drafted. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification rules for highway cross classification, code for types of highway cross classification, classification and code for road cross classification, and road cross classification. Branch code, coding rules and code structure. This standard applies to the identification, management, and exchange of national highway cross information.

2 Normative references

The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. GB/T 917-2017 Road route identification rules and national road numbers Ⅲ Highway cross classification 3. 1 The classification of road crossing includes the types of road crossing and the forms of road crossing. 3. 2 The types of highway crossings are classified according to the administrative level of the intersecting highways. 3. 3 Highway intersections are classified according to the number of intersecting roads, the angle of intersection, and the composition.

4 Codes for road crossing types

4. 1 The type code of highway crossing is an alphabetic code that is composed of the alphabetic identifiers of the administrative grades of the intersecting highways or with railways and other roads. The codes are arranged in order of highest administrative rank. Highway administrative grade codes are represented by highway administrative grade alphabetic identifiers, which should Conform to GB/T 917-2017 5. 1 provisions. See Table 1 for highway administrative grades and the alphabetic identifiers for railways and other roads. Table 1 Alphabetical identifiers of highway administrative levels and railways and other roads Classified letter identifier National Road G Village Road C Provincial Highway S Special HighwayZ County Road X Railway T Country RoadY Other RoadQ 4. 2 In principle, the code of the type of highway crossing shall not exceed four digits. Example 1. The national and provincial highway cross codes use GS. Example 2. The cross code of two provincial roads and one county road use SSX. Example 3. The cross code of national, provincial and county roads can use GSX. JT/T 301-2019

5 Classification and Code of Highway Crossing Forms

5. 1 Highway crossing forms are divided into highway and highway plane crossing, highway and highway three-dimensional crossing, highway and railway crossing and highway and other roads. Road crossing four categories. 5. 2 The form code of highway crossing consists of two digit codes. See Table 2 for the crossing form and codes. 5. 3 Expansion bits are reserved between various types of codes, and users can expand them as needed. 6 Highway Crossing Branch Code

6. 1. Highway crossing branch refers to the intersection branch that radiates to the surroundings with the highway crossing as the center. The code of the highway crossing branch is assigned by the highway. The two-digit code of the quadrant position and direction where the fork branch is located is assembled. The four quadrant position codes are 1, 3, 5, 7, and 8 directions. The code value is 1 to 8. 6. 2 The code structure of highway cross-branching is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Code structure of highway crossing branches 6. 3 The quadrant coordinates of the road crossing branches use the road crossing nodes as the origin, and use N, E, S, and W to indicate the four directions of north, east, south, and west, respectively. It is divided into four quadrants of northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast. The quadrants are represented as NW, SE, SW, and NE. The quadrant coordinates of the road crossing branches are shown in Figure 2. public The cross-branch codes are shown in Table 3. Note. NE = 1, SE = 3, SW = 5, NW = 7, E = 2, S = 4, W = 6, and N = 8. 7 Highway Crossing Code Coding Rules

7. 1. A highway cross code consists of a highway cross identifier, a four-digit sequence number, and an extension bit. The structure of a highway cross code is shown in Figure 3. Figure 3 Code structure of highway crossing 7. 2 "F" is the road crossing identifier. 7. 3 The sequence number is sequentially coded from the beginning to the end in the upward direction of each route with the province as the range. 7. 4 The last digit is the expansion position. Highways increase in number of highway crossings due to reasons such as new routes or rerouting. Use the extension bit. Charge "0" when it is not extended. 7. 5 When two or more routes cross, only highway crossings on high-level administrative routes are coded; if different routes For the same administrative level, highway crossings with smaller route numbers are coded. To avoid double coding, the intersecting routes have low administrative ranks The large highway crosses, and the coding is no longer repeated.

8 How to use the code

8. 1 Highway cross code and route number, administrative division code combination structure When road crossing is used as a feature point on a route for coding, the route number, road crossing code, and six administrative divisions are used. The structure of the word code is shown in Figure 4 for the structure of the road crossing code, route number, and administrative division code. The route number should conform to GB/T 917 Provisions. Figure 4 Code structure of highway crossing JT/T 301-2019 8. 2 Highway plane and three-dimensional cross code assembly structure When the highway crossing is used as a spatial range entity for coding, the structure of the highway plane and three-dimensional crossing code combination is shown in Figure 5. Note 1. The cross level refers to the number of structural layers of three-dimensional cross, which is represented by a one-digit code. If there are × layers in the three-dimensional intersection, use the number ×. The four-level crossing is indicated by "4". Note 2. The plane crossing level code is "0".
