5 Test method

5. 1 vertical intensity With the legs retracted, place the exchange box flat on 4 horizontal pads. The size and position of the pads are the same as the corner pieces of the exchange box. In the box Load evenly on the inner floor to 1. 5Rg, keep 5min. After unloading, visually observe the vertical deformation of the exchange box. 5. 2 Horizontal intensity Load the exchange box uniformly to 1 RG, one end is fixed through the bottom hole of the corner piece, and the two corner pieces at the other end are simultaneously applied with 1 RG water Do the flat and pull pressure once, and keep each for 5 minutes. After unloading, visually observe the horizontal deformation of the exchange box. 5. 3 bottom crane test Load the exchange box evenly. 5Rg, lifting the box at a uniform speed through the side holes of the bottom corner piece, the angle between the lifting force and the horizontal direction is 45 °, and the lifting The line of force from the side wall of the box is not more than 38mm. The spreader should not apply pressure to the side wall of the box, and it should be kept for 5 minutes after being lifted. After unloading, visually observe the exchange box Deformation. JT/T 1272-2019 5. 4 End wall and side wall strength Apply equal and uniformly distributed 0 to the inner surface of the front wall of the exchange box. 5Pg load, keep 5min. After unloading, the measurement exchange box changes 形 circumstances. Apply equal and uniformly distributed 0 to the inner surface of the rear wall of the exchange box. 3Pg load, keep 5min. After unloading, the measurement exchange box changes 形 circumstances. Apply equal and uniformly distributed 0 to the inner surface of the side wall of the exchange box. 4Pg load, keep 5min. After unloading, measure the deformation of the exchange box. 5. 5 floor strength The tests were carried out with rubber-covered wheels. The axle load of the vehicle should reach 4 400 kg, each wheel load is 2.200 kg; The interval between the two wheels is 760mm, and the actual grounding area of each wheel within the above range should not be greater than 14.200mm2. The exchange box was tested under the condition that the outriggers were retracted with the four lower corners fixed and the outriggers were supported. The test car goes on the floor of the box Repeat the movement to cover the entire floor of the exchange box. The inspection vehicle stayed at the weakest position of the floor for 5 minutes. After unloading, observe the deformation of the exchange box visually. 5. 6 Rain tightness All box doors of the exchange box are closed normally. Rainfall test bench is used to simulate rainfall, and the rainfall intensity is not less than 0. 12mm/s, and cover the entire traffic Change the cabinet. After 15 minutes, observe the exchange box for leakage. 5. 7 Dimensions and maximum total mass The size of the exchange box is measured in accordance with GB/T 12673. The determination of the maximum total mass shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 12674. 5. 8 Gripper Load the exchange box evenly. 25 Rg, use 4 grappling hooks or similar tool hooks to align the center of the gripping groove to lift the box, each supporting The supporting surface is not less than 30mm × 260mm, and it is kept for 5min after being lifted. After unloading, observe the deformation of the exchange box visually. 5. 9 guide groove Visually check whether there are protrusions within the range of 50mm from the A and B sides of the guide groove, as shown in Figure 8. Explanation. 1 --- Guide groove A surface; 2 --- Guide groove B side. Figure 8 Guide groove test chart JT/T 1272-2019 5. 10 front stop With the outriggers supported, load the exchange box evenly. 25kg, evenly apply 16kN water within 120mm from the center of the front stop Flat thrust, keep 5min. After unloading, visually observe the deformation of the front stop. 5. 11 leg stability With the outriggers supported, load the exchange box evenly. 25Rg, apply 25kN horizontal force in the longitudinal direction of the center of the end beam and check Test, push and pull once; use 22. The horizontal force is measured at 5kN, and each time is pushed and pulled, and the deformation of the exchange box is observed visually. Horizontal force The schematic is shown in Figure 9. Figure 9 Schematic diagram of the force of the outrigger stability detection level 5. 12 Fork groove Load the exchange box evenly. 6Rg, using two.200mm wide arms to protrude from the outer wall of the same side plate of the exchange box into the fork groove At 1828mm ± 3mm, the fork arm is located in the middle of the groove, and the exchange box is lifted to stay for 5min. After unloading, visually observe the deformation of the exchange box. JT/T 1272-2019
