Introduction

JJF1001-2011 "General metrological terms and definitions", JJF1002-2010 "National metrological verification procedures The JJF1059.1-2012 “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” together constitute the basis for the formulation of this regulation. Series specifications. This regulation is a revision of JJG 1151-2018 "Liquid Chromatography-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry". Compared with.2018, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Cancel the requirements for hollow cathode lamps in the control of measuring instruments and revise Appendix E. In Appendix E, it is clarified As element lamp is a non-metering control device, but as an auxiliary equipment required for verification work, the standard-setting unit needs to effectively equipment, and detailed description of the periodic inspection of its performance. The previous versions of this regulation are as follows. ---JJG 1151-2018. Verification procedures for liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

1 Scope

This procedure applies to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometers.

3 Overview

Liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (hereinafter referred to as LC-AFS) is used for arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), Instruments for detecting the form and valence state of elements such as selenium (Se) and antimony (Sb). The working principle of liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence is to use the infusion pump of liquid chromatography to transfer the liquid in the quantitative loop at a certain speed. The solid sample is injected into the chromatographic column, so that the different forms and valence components of the elements are physically separated and enter the mixed reaction successively. The reactant reacts with the reducing agent, and the substance to be tested generates gaseous components that enter the atomizer for atomization. The ground state atoms are excited. After the light source is irradiated, fluorescence is generated, and the fluorescence intensity values of different forms and valence states are detected by the atomic fluorescence detector. The intensity is proportional to the sample concentration and can be quantitatively calculated. The schematic diagram of its structure is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Schematic diagram of liquid-atomic fluorescence structure 4.Metrological performance requirements The metrological performance requirements of liquid phase-atomic fluorescence are shown in Table 1.
