Introduction

JJF1002-2010 "Rules for the Preparation of National Metrology Verification Procedures", JJF1001-2011 "General Metrology Terms and Definition” and JJF1059.1-2012 “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” together constitute the basis for the formulation of this regulation. This regulation is a revision of JJG 1009-2016. This revision is based on GB/T 13161-2015, GB/T 12162.1-2000, GB/T 12162.2-2004, GB/T 12162.3-2004 and ISO 4037.3-2019 are the main technical references. The general requirements, metrological performance and verification methods of equivalent HP(10) monitors are mainly based on GB/T 13161-2015. The determination method of the agreed value of human dose equivalent HP(10) and its uncertainty assessment mainly refer to GB/T 12162.2-2004 and GB/T 12162.3-2004, the reference radiation used is GB/T 12162.1-2000, the radiation quality of each The conversion factor for HP(10) adopts the data in ISO 4037.3-2019. Compared with JJG 1009-2016, this regulation has the following major technical changes, in addition to editorial revisions. ---Replace "energy/incident angle response" with "energy response" and adjust it as the first and subsequent verification items. The technical requirements and verification methods shall be modified accordingly (see 5 and 7.3.4); --- Replace "statistical fluctuation" with "repeatability", and modify the technical requirements and verification methods accordingly (see 5, 7.3.4); ---Cancel the "alarm threshold error" verification item; --- Add "dose equivalent (rate) response" verification item (see 5, 7.3.2); --- Delete the original Appendix B statistical fluctuations; --- Update reference documents (see Chapter 2); --- Delete "detector device" from the term. The previous versions of this regulation are as follows. ---JJG 1009-2016; ---JJG 1009-2006. Verification procedures for HP(10) monitors of personal dose equivalents of X-ray and gamma radiation

1 Scope

This procedure applies to the initial verification, subsequent verification and use of HP(10) monitors for personal dose equivalent of X-ray and gamma radiation. Test during use. This procedure is not applicable to weak penetrating X-ray and gamma radiation personal dose equivalent HP (0.07) monitors.

3 Terminology and units of measurement

3.1 Terminology The dose equivalent at a given point at a depth d in human soft tissue. The recommended depth d for strong penetrating radiation is is 10mm, HP(d) can be written as HP(10). To assign a value to a quantity according to certain standards for a specific purpose. 3.1.3 Reference value A value used as a basis for comparison with values of similar quantities. Usually a value measured using a metrological benchmark or a metrological standard is used as a basis for measurement. Reference value for measurement verification and calibration.
