Introduction

JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications", JJF 1001-2011 "General Metrology Terms and Definition" and JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitute the support for the formulation of this specification Foundation. The main basis for the preparation of this specification is the international standard ISO 13161-2011 "Water quality-α energy spectrum method for measuring polonium in water 210 nuclide activity concentration" (Waterquality-Measurement ofpolonium210activityconcentrationin waterbyalphaspectrometry), ISO 13167-2015 ``Water quality-Plutonium, americium, curium and neptunium radionuclides- Alpha Energy Spectrum Measurement Method” (Waterquality-Plutonium, americium, curium and neptunium- Testmethodusingalphaspectrometry) and GB/T 16141-1995 "Radionuclide Alpha Spectrometry" Analysis Method This specification is released for the first time. Alpha spectrometer calibration specification

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of semiconductor detector type alpha spectrometers, with an energy range of (3-9) MeV. For gas The volume detector type alpha spectrometer can be calibrated with reference to the method specified in this specification.
