This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces JG/T 210-2007 "primer for interior and exterior walls of buildings", this standard shall be abolished from the date of implementation of JG/T 210-2007. This standard is a revision of JG/T 210-2007 "primer for interior and exterior walls of buildings". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of primers for interior and exterior walls of buildings. This standard is applicable to building interior and exterior walls made of synthetic resin emulsion and solvent-based resin as main binders, with additives, pigments and fillers.
