Summary: This standard specifies the hydraulic valve pollution sensitivity evaluation method. The method chucking from contaminated, contamination wear/erosion of both the hydraulic valve to evaluate the solid particle contamination caused by change in performance. The purpose of the method is to compare the same test conditions for different types of hydraulic valves particulate contamination sensitivity. Since it is impossible for all on-site conditions that may occur are tested, and thus test results are not as a quantitative assessment of hydraulic valve polluted conditions in actual field performance basis. Through this evaluation method obtain different particle size and concentration on the hydraulic valve pollution pollution and contamination clamping wear/erosion effects, in order to determine the hydraulic valves required for the protection of the filtering requirements. This standard applies to the hydraulic fluid as the working medium of the various types of hydraulic valves.
