Introduction

Storm surge disasters are the most serious marine disasters in my country. The issuance of storm surge warnings provides a reliable basis for storm surge disaster prevention. It is that with the deepening of disaster prevention and mitigation work, it is increasingly important to further expand the content of storm surge forecasts. For different shore sections, due to terrain and Depending on the degree of importance, the difference in storm surge and defense capabilities may be very large, considering the key factors of storm surge and disaster defense infrastructure. The close relationship between Shihaidi and the needs of the disaster prevention and mitigation departments of coastal provinces and municipalities have gradually formed and improved the technical methods for storm surge flood forecasting. According to the law, the forecast of storm surge flooding has been carried out in some coastal provinces, which makes the development and implementation of storm surge prevention measures more targeted. In order to standardize and guide the coastal marine forecasting departments at all levels to smoothly carry out storm surge flood forecasting, the storm surge flood forecasting work is included in the department. Learn, standardize, and institutionalize the track to better provide decision-making services for local moisture prevention and disaster reduction work. This standard is specially formulated.
