Summary: This standard specifies the energy-saving lamps definition of eco-labeled products, basic requirements, technical contents and test method. This standard applies to the following products: double capped fluorescent lamps for general lighting: nominal power in the range of 14 ~ 65W, AC power frequency band starter preheat cathode fluorescent lamps and high frequency double-ended working cathode preheating double capped fluorescent lamps. General self-ballasted fluorescent lighting: Rated voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz AC power, rated at 60W and below, using screw or bayonet cap for domestic and similar general lighting purposes, control startup and stable ignition components integrated into the self-ballasted fluorescent lamps. This standard does not apply with self-ballasted fluorescent hood.
