The local ecological environment competent department at or above the municipal level in the district may increase the need for a sewage discharge permit according to local regulations on environmental protection. The content contained in the document, and filled in the pollutant discharge permit management information platform declaration system, "the local ecological environment authority with nuclear powers has increased Add management content" column. Did not obtain the approval opinions for the environmental impact assessment of construction projects in accordance with the law, or did not obtain the local people's government in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state Disposal units that deal with and rectify the relevant certification materials issued by the regulations, and the pollution prevention facilities or measures adopted may not achieve the permitted discharge The pollutant discharge unit required for concentration, as well as other pollutant discharge units that need to correct the behavior according to the regulations, apply for the discharge of the pollutant discharge permit for the first time. When requesting information, it should be in the “Correction Correction” column in the National Emissions Management Information Platform Application System, and report the content that needs correction. Corrective measures and time limits. The pollutant discharge unit of the automobile industry shall report the basic information according to the actual situation and verify the authenticity, legality and integrity of the application materials. Negative legal responsibility. The pollutant discharge units of the automobile manufacturing industry shall carry out key management and simplify management in accordance with the “Catalogue of Classification and Management of Fixed Pollution Sources for Pollution Discharge Permits”. its The calculation principle of the amount of oil paint (including thinner) for middle-aged use is as follows. For the past three years, the maximum oil paint (including dilution) The amount of use is determined; if it is put into operation for more than one year but less than three years, it shall be determined according to the maximum annual amount during the operation period; if it is not put into operation or the operation is not satisfied In the year, it is determined according to the environmental impact assessment document. The date of operation is the date on which the actual discharge of the pollutant discharge unit occurred. 4.2 Basic information of the sewage unit The basic information of the pollutant discharge unit of the automobile industry shall be reported to the name of the unit, whether it needs to be corrected, the category of the discharge permit management, the postal code, Whether it is put into production, the date of production, the latitude and longitude of the center of the production and operation, and whether the location is an environmentally sensitive area (such as the key control area of the atmosphere) Domain, total nitrogen total phosphorus control area, etc., name of industrial park, environmental impact assessment approval document number (record number), local government The government's identification of the illegal project or the filing document number, the main pollutants total distribution plan document number, the total particulate matter index (t/a), Total sulfur dioxide index (t/a), total nitrogen oxides index (t/a), total volatile organic compounds (VOCS) (t/a), Total chemical oxygen demand index (t/a), total ammonia nitrogen index (t/a), total phosphorus total indicator (t/a), total nickel total indicator (kg/a), Total chromium total indicator (kg/a), other total pollutants (if any), etc. 4.3 Main products and production capacity 4.3.1 General principles When reporting the mai......
