1 Scope of application

This standard specifies the basic requirements, technical contents and inspection methods for environmentally-friendly products of heavy-duty vehicles. This standard applies to heavy-duty vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Heavy-duty vehicles Heavy-duty vehicles Refers to Class M and Class N vehicles with a maximum total mass of more than 3,500 kg. The definition of Class M and Class N vehicles is in accordance with GB/T 15089. 3.2 M1, M2, M3, N2 and N3 cars M1, M2, M3, N2 and N3 cars [GB/T 15089 definition] The M1 class refers to a passenger vehicle that includes no more than nine seats, including the driver's seat. 5 Technical content

5.1 Exhaust pollutants 5.1.1 Automotive exhaust pollutants installed in compression ignition and gas fuel ignition engines shall comply with the current implementation stage of GB 17691.
