Foreword

To implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reduce the impact of scanners on the environment and human health during production and use. To protect the quality of the environment and protect human health, this standard has been formulated. This standard applies to the environmental protection design, production stage, and use phase of the scanner, energy consumption and noise, recycling stage, packaging and use. The instructions put forward the requirements. This standard refers to the US Energy Star "Imaging Equipment "Energy Star" project requirements (version 1.1), the German Blue Angel "attachment Printed office equipment (RAL-UZ 122,.2008) and Taiwan environmental label TWECO88 and other standards, combined with China's production enterprises The status quo is being developed. This standard is the first release. This standard applies to China Environmental Labeling Product Certification and China Environmental Labeling Low Carbon Product Certification. This standard was formulated by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. This standard is mainly drafted by. China-Japan Friendship Environmental Protection Center, National Office Equipment and Consumables Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, China Cultural Office Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Beijing Green Business Culture Development Center, Shandong New Beiyang Information Technology Co., Ltd., Ke Electronic (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Nanyang Shoukong Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Avenue Computer Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This standard was approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on July 3,.2012. This standard has been implemented since October 1,.2012. This standard is explained by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Scanner
