1 Scope of application

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring, monitoring plan formulation, information recording and reporting of pollutant discharge units of rare rare earth metal smelting Basic content and requirements. This standard is applicable to the water and air pollutants, noise and environmental pollution discharged by rare rare earth metal smelting pollutant discharging units during the production and operation stage.
